You have to tell more about your problem to get better opinions.Like what is your age,do you have coughs, low grade fever, loss of weight or appetite, any family member suffering from tuberculosis etc.
Get an xray of chest PA view done. You may have pulmonary tuberculosis or it may be a benign osteoma of the ribs.Sometimes vitamin D deficiency may cause similar symptoms.
Get yourself investigated as the problem is usually curable.Delay in treatment can complicate your problem and make it difficult to treat.

If it doesn't hurt I wouldn't worry unless it begins to hurt or something becomes more than "slightly" noticeable. Of course, if it worries you see a doctor-they're the only ones who can diagnose illnesses and they actually have to examine you to do it.

Felt that way too, the night after a boxing match... unlike yours, it hurt like hell for over a month. Though I didn't feel it immediately after the fight (more like a few hours later)

One of the first rules in the medical field is "if its not bothering you, then its not bothering me."
Give it a few days and re-evaluate. If pain starts consult your MD
