Even if I starve my self to death, that bump on my stomach is still there. What's the best method to earn a flat stomach?

I'm 16, 49kg, 151cm...

I think in this case you mean you have fat around your middle, the most effective way of getting rid of this is to do alot of cardiovascular exercise: running, swimming etc, and to follow a healthy eating plan, drink lots of water to get rid of extra water weight. Don't eat foods that are too gassy either as they also cause bloating! Try health24.com for more information, as they have a fitness section. Good Luck!

Try to avoid any food with Glutton in it. Don.t starve yourself otherwise you stomach will stow down the burning of food proses. Try to eat 5 small meals a day and drink and drink no less than 1l of water a day.

You are still very young and you could do a lot of things to improve your bloating tummy. Why dont your try to walk around...just a simple 20 minute brisk walking everyday would do a lot of health benefits and you'll find a sexier tummy in just 30 days...just dont walk if you have just eaten your meals...wait for an hour or so before doing it ok? goodluck !!

Half an hour three times a week is the recommended amount of exercise for being healthy. Eating healthy meals and plenty fruit and vegetables. Just be sensible and dont over do it.

ur body and weight is not bad. best way is to work the stomach by excercising it.
