My Foreskin cannot be retracted fully, not even half way. Do I have phimosis? Cause I read that if i had phimosis my penis would hurt when I have an erection, but I dont. I can still masturbate and piss easily without pain.

The Other day my girlfriend gave me a handjob and was saying my foreskin is tighter than other experiences that she has had already. Please help me. Do I need circumsision?

I heard that you can stretch the foreskin to make the foreskin fully retract, how do i do that?

Yes, you probably have phimosis, but you also probably don't need circumcision because it's not that severe. As long as you're not experiencing pain during erection or anything, then you can likely resolve this condition without surgery.

Try stretching exercises first. In one stretching exercise you take two fingers and stretch the foreskin opening as far as it'll go without major discomfor or pain (like increasing its radius) by hooking a finger on either side of the opening. It may take a few tries to get right and it's best done after a shower. Do this exercise for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month, simply by stretching the opening and holding it there for like half a minute at a time. In most cases of phimosis this is all that's needed.

If this doesn't work there are prescription creams that're supposed to help, especially when combined with stretching exercises. If after another month or so with little/no progress, then you might want to consider surgical options. This should not necessarily be equated with circumcision, as there are less radical operations that will allow full use of your foreskin (see last link). Circumcision should be reserved for when all other treatments you're willing to undertake have failed. See links for more info.

I think you might have to have it... if it is too tight... it must be done
