I live in a very tropical country and it really worries me because I feel cold even though the weather temperature is normal and sometimes warm. In our office where the aircon is centralized, my co-employees does not feel very cold at all and I look at my finger nails, they're all bluish :( I'm not even skinny. I'm like 70kilos. My hemoglobin is normal. What could be the reason?

Low thyroid hormones can cause cold in the extremities. To check for low thyroid take your temperature first thing in the morning before you get out of bed (keep your thermometer where you can reach it easily)
If your temperature is consistently below normal (97-98) you have a thyroid problem--it's very common! But DON'T take drugs. Search the internet for thyroid problems and the natural way to correct it.

Sometimes, it may be a blood pressure issue, a thyroid issue, or hormonal issue.
My suggestion is to check with your doctor and have him/her run a blood test to rule out anything that can be taken care eaily.

I think that something may be going on with your thyroid gland, I think you really ought to get it checked out.

Well you might be pregnant...but most likely hormones...
No mater what you should probably see the doctor in the next
week.
