its a piercing throbbing pain that keeps me awake at nite. to say that its uncomfortable would be an understatement. what do you think it could be. i have been experiencing this pain for 3 days now.

Is the treadmill an alternative for running outside? How much should i juggle on it each day to gain more stamina and lung capacity?

I dont have the option to go run outside and/or go swimming, i need to know if i can replace running outside with running on the treadmill, and how much i should use it for each day if my goal is to get a bigger lung capacity so i dont feel tired as hell in a middle of a kumite fight or after only a few minutes of running.

And how much time untill i start noticing some changes?

Okay..so im guilty...i love to drink coffee, tea, and dark sodas....

from that..i have stained teeth.

on the MSN homepage...they were mentioning something about teeth whitening...and i read the article and it said that Peroxide is what is used to whiten teeth !

So my question is...
Could I use regular peroxide on my toothbrush or something? Or do I have to dilute it...and if I do...how much?
What are the negative effects of using perioxide....because they did say that it DOES NOT cause tooth enamel decay...so...what could be wrong with it?

I get chest pain...I'm 18 I have done tests like the stress test and heart moniter things and i did a tilt table and was diagnosed with vasil vagil......I still get chest pains they say it might be from stress or its my muscles on my rib from being in an uncomfortable position....I don't think thats it these pains can get pretty painful....sometimes i feel like I'm dying but they say my heart is in really great shape.....What should i do about the pain? what could it possibly be?

If a person doesn't take care of thier car and it goes to crap, they would bear the brunt of the bill if something goes wrong. Should not then the same be applied to a person that doesn't take care of their body?
