Well Hydroxycut works great, but then the OTC pills could cause heart problems and that's the last thing you want when continuing with conceiving children. It's not healthy to lose weight fast before pregnancy, and then expect to keep it off during pregnancy. Just keep it healthy. Less than 100 carbs per day and lots of water. Not a lot of sugar. And the walking of course. That should slim you down a healthy way.

Fall in love and then have your heart broken... you'll drop lbs fast! Seriously, losing 30 pounds in two months is totally do-able. You don't need a diet pill. Cut out sugar and fast food. Eat lots of whole grains, fruit, vegetables and some protein (I'm vegetarian so I won't advise lean meat, but that's up to you). Keep your calorie intake around 1500-1800 a day and WORKOUT -- that is so important. You have to get at least a half hour work out 5 days a week. Weight training is great because not only does it burn calories, but the muscle you build burns off more calories when you're doing nothing. Bonus!

that excersize routine should be good enough as long as you're breaking a sweat. remember no pain, no gain there's no easy way out. Watch what you eat... eat whatever you want actually, but in proportion. They say that people in france are so skinny because 1 they walk everywhere and 2 because of the portion of their meals.. a small size soda in the US is the large size for the french..
That's just an example of what I'm trying to say. I've personally obtained that goal using the exersize/moderation thing I just mentioned so you should be fine.
The pills... be careful with them.. because some contain a chemical that causes your body to not function normally...
see your body becomes dependant on this pill so stops producing your natural chemicals that are for weigh control. So when you stop taking this pill your body isn't producing it or is producing it at a low amount which causes you to gain weight back. That's how those pills work, stick to work out and diet. It's much more healthier and natural for your body, and you'll have tons of energy once you get used to it. ; ) good luck girl.

I am a professional athlete and i truly not recommend you to take diet pills, since it will cause you another problem...also it will give you yoyo effect, meaning : you will loose weight for few pounds then when you stop taking those pills you'll gain weight again. Other problem is you'll feel uncomfortable when you don't consume those pills.
I think the best way to loose weight is put target for yourself, such as you want to loose 6 pounds in a month. Then measure your weight when you start to do it and measure it again a week later (remember don't measure your weight everyday, it will only make you desperate, coz of the changes is little). But it's normal, the first 2 weeks is the hardest, but when you've get through it, u'll be fine and feel great. Make a weekly chart for your reference and see your progress.
Cut down your carbs, eat more meat (white meat) or fish. Cut down your sweet dessert, change it with fresh fruit. Cut down soda, change it with green tea. Cut down snack & chips, change it with apple. Eat more veggy.
Don't eat 3 BIG meal, but eat 5 times small meal instead. Like cereal with low fat milk 7am, eat a banana or a cup of grapes at 10am, eat small amount of white rice with a lot of vegetables & grilled fish or chicken at 1pm, eat an apple or orange at 4pm, then for dinner i can bet that you're not too hungry. But if you're hungry, eat a lot of vegetables & a slice of chicken or fish around 7pm. After 7pm don't eat anything. You can eat a cup of low fat youghurt if you like for dinner.
And after the eating habit, don't forget to exercise.
don't walk 30 minutes, jog 20 minutes instead. Coz jogging more than 15 minutes can burn your calories more rather than walk 30 minutes. Put an MP3 or IPOD and RUN RUN RUN, minimum 20 minutes for 5 days a week.
The second week increase your running time, from 20 minutes to 30 minutes, and do it constantly.
Remember : If you achieve something fast and instantly, the bigger tendency for you to go back to your previous weight. It's really good to do a weight lose slowly surely and constantly. If you do so, i can guarantee that your weight loose will be success and last.
Last but not least, commitment & self control. You have to be able to discipline and control your self whenever you're tempted to eat some trash food (junk food).

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.
This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.
I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.
This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.
So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

You want to lose 30 pounds in 2 months and are calling 30 minute walks 4x a week exercise.
You need to step it up. Start increasing those walks by 10 minutes every week and start doing them every day.
Those diet pils don't work.

There is no safe way to do this, especially not and get pregnant immediately afterwards. Why do you need to get pregnant in 2 months? Talk to a doctor about a safe, effective plan to lose the weight, probably over about 3-4 months so you will be healthy and give your baby a good start in life.

You cannot safely lose that much weight that fast. A pound a week is safe; that represents a deficiency of 500 calories between ingestion and consumption. Any combination of exercise and diet change which adds to that will do, and you can maintain that rate indefinitely.

for starters your body automaticly burns 12000calories everyday no matter you ned to eat healthy fruits veges no junk and water water water it helps clean your system out you already have the excersize down and now you have to stop stressing over it because I know not only proffessionaly but also from personal experience that stress will hinder you from both wieght loss and concieveing after my son i was also 22 pounds it wasnt until i got rid of my stress that I lost the weight in just 3 months i got down to 150 good luck
