Search the FDA for a listing of drugs. Normally, if it is not fattening, or will kill you... then it should be listed and okay to take a dose or two of it. Yesterday, there was only aspirin. Today, there is a pill for every thing, and some may indeed have a legitimate ailment. Today, people take people in and out of the courthouse seeking damages, when the other person/company only sought to assist with a medical intervention. When will we go back to the days of Eden - when every drug came from God's good earth?

Yes. There are several lawsuits against them. Just like there are lawsuits against anything and everything else in the United States. The law firms that would accept that kind of case are the ones who handle personal injury AKA ambulance chasers.
