Would it be better during breakfast because I would burn off the calories or would it be better during lunch to recharge my body and keep me from crashing or something in school?

It doesn't matter-eat them when you need some long lasting energy and,as with all things, in moderation.

It doesn't matter when you eat them. Almonds are extremely good for you, so eat them whenever you want (of course, being conscious of the fact they are relatively high in calories -- if you want to add almonds to your diet, be sure to cut back somewhere else if you don't want to gain weight in the process).

I think eating almonds would be better as a mid morning or afternoon snack. But, if you feel you must eat them with your meal, either would be fine.

it doesn't matter.

you have to stop thinking that ingesting fat causes you to store fat because it doesn't. if you eat proteins/carbs and proteins/fats during the day and at night eat proteins/veggies. you don't have to worry about such things.
