For a few days now I've noticed clusters of small bumps on the inside of one side of my outer labia, and they're quite painful, especially when I go to the bathroom(either because of the urination or when wiping). Today I looked more closely and found that I have not only these bumps, but one small white bump and a very painful open sore.

I'm really freaked out by all of this. I have a boyfriend and we're sexually active, but he has never had anything along the lines of an STD or herpes. I'm really hoping to get some answers, along with some ideas as to how I could have aqquired this in the first place. Thanks in advance!

Have you recently shaved? Sometimes it can be the razor if it is dirty. It can cause a cluster of small bumps...and when your underware elastic rub aganist it...the scap lifts causing painful urination and raw feeling. You can go to the doctor...and he can tell you after looking or lab test...or try a little bit of neosporan on it...and it should clear itself up.

Yes, that sounds like Herpes to me. i will add a link to Yahoo images so you can see a few examples of the Herpes virus (not for the faint of heart)! Don't worry, herpes is NOT a death sentence! I use acyclovir to treat herpes and I also use Zovirax cream which helps ease the pain associated with a herpes breakout. AcyclovirZovirax.Com has what you need like Acyclovir, Valtrex, Famvir and Zovirax topical. No prescription is required to order, and they are US licensed and located. They also have links to other herpes information! I hope this info helps dear.

This sounds like herpes to me. You could have gotton it from your boyfriend or a past boyfriend even if they werent having an outbreak at the time. Although there is no cure you should go to the dr. and have it checked out. Dont have sex with anyone until you find out for sure what it is. Good luck
