Im 21 years old and If i ever get less then 8 hours of sleep (or if i wake up early in the morning) I always have grayish circle under my eyes and my face overall looks tired. I've tried cover up but you cal still tell....any suggestions? (im looking for any kind of remedy).

I just posted thins but I am reposting with a pic so maybe I will have a better response. I have this weird bump that came pretty much out of no where. I have heard many things of what it could be. A boil, a cyst, just a huge pimple. I am freaking out about it cause I have no idea what it is! It's scary to me! Its probably around the size of my fingernail but the bump is under my skin. On the surface its red and looks kind of scabby and dry. It doesnt really hurt but it's kind of sore to the touch. It doesnt itch or anything. I have no idea! Does anyone know what this hard red bump is!?!

i have tried to donate blood and many times been sent away because i don't have enough iron. three weeks ago was my most recent attempt and so i got rescheduled for today at 4:15. i kept forgetting to take my multivitamins so last night i took one and took another one today. do you think those two vitamins will have enough of an impact to make it possible for me to donate, or would i have had to been taking them this whole time?

I'm trying to lose weight. I have started to exercise 3 times a week. I have cut all junk food out of my diet like soda, chips, and fast food. I have slimmed down my proportions and started eating more fruits and veggies. I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and have lost 4 lbs. Is there anything else I can do to help speed up the process? Are there any safe diet pills out there that actually work?

I take the hydrocodone as prescibed by my Doc., stemming from a serious motorcycle accident that damaged my neck. I have 3 discs pretruding into my spinal cord which causes me great pain. The drugs dont effect my ability to do anything, but I am affraid that the employer will diagree. Should I take a Detox before the test or take my chances and be honest about it? The job involves driving.

taking care of HIV/AIDS patients. One of our patients who initially was on AZT+3TC+EFZ developed (R) hemiparesis. We removed AZT and put TFD, he responded but after 2 weeks he relapsed. We decided to remove 3TC and place on ABC. Pls could you suggest any other things we ought to do?

They say if you starve yourself you metabolism will slow down and you body will store more fat causing you to gain weght. Then why do people with anorexia lose so much weight? I AM def not going to starve myself and Im not anorexic...Im just curious so I thought I would ask. Thanks :-)
