Only if you aren't TOO sick..b/c your body's already weak, therefore, you should rest until you have more strength. If you are recovering from a cold, working out makes you feel a lot better' also, sweating is good for you. It is important to dry off or shower right after a workout so you don't worsen your cold. Working out in general is good for you and builds up your immune system.

No. Your immune system is already low, plus your probably dehydrated already. By working out, you'll just makes things worse. Rest and hydration are the only things you should be worried about.
