I have been dieting now for 3 weeks and I can really relate to what you are saying. I have been working out everyday, doing different things each day to work different parts of my body. I eat healthy, but still try and consume about 1500-1800 calories per day. I eat six small meals a day, which really helps to keep up my metabolism and makes me never feel hungry. I weighed myself today and I have lost 11 lbs. You are doing a great job so far and you will lose the weight and keep it off if you continue to do what you are doing. Diet pills DO NOT work and they are dangerous for you.

Have your doctor refer you to a dietician. She/he can help create a food plan that is easy to follow and even includes some of your favorite foods. I lost over 50 lbs in 6 months without feeling deprived, and have kept it off for years! And an extra benefit is that following the food plan will retrain you in the way you eat, and keeping weight off will be easier.
4 lbs in 2 weeks is just about right; you shouldn't lose more than 10 lbs a month. Remember that the more you are overweight, the faster it will come off at first.

What you are doing to loose weight is actually very healthy and you should continue it. Most doctor's will recommend that you loose about 1-2 lbs a week.
As for diet pills, most of the products claim more than they actually do. In fact, last week the FDA fined the makers of Cortislim and a few other pills, for false adversising.
You should also be aware that diet pills work by rasing your heart rate, not your metabolism. When you take these pills they push your heart rate and blood pressure to un-healthy and dangerous levels...so you should really aviod them.

Avoid the diet pills. You can try running. Increase how many times you eat in a day, smaller portions of course. Drink 1 gallon of water a day.
Try to run/walk 5 miles.
I lost 30 lbs in 3 months.
Do it healthily,, please.
Good luck!!!
