start with a serious strengh-eating a lot-gym program? or start right now?. As I am short if I start eating a lot and gaining some fat it'll be too noticeable and make look like a dwarf with a beer gut.

that is very slim I am 5'7 and 3/4 at 220 lbs but not fat muscular build you can not gain muscle and loose fat at the same time you need to go on a mass diet then a cutting diet

Cardio, Cardio, Cardio!! That's the best way to lose that stubborn belly fat. You could do all the sit-ups in the world and have strong abdominal muscles but with that nasty layer of fat on top.

Ever hear this one?: I have a washboard stomach, there's just a pile of laundry sitting on top of it!

you can do some at the same time, but definently start on a tough cardio regiment before weight gain.
