I noticed that my diet pill has supplements in it (as all diet pills do) so I was curious if I should just take that and ignore my multivitamin. I don't want to o.d. on anything.

If you only want to have one, have a multivitamin. Diet pills don't work long term. Really...

Ask yourself this: Am I seeing results? If the answer is no, stop taking them. If yes:
Are you willing to take them for the rest of your life... every single day? If so, then please be aware that you may be damaging your heart and shortening your lifespan. If you are not willing to take them, then:
Are you using this opportunity to change your eating habits and get regular exercise? If not, then you WILL fall back into the same patterns that caused you to gain weight in the first place.

This is why you should really be following a diet and exercise plan, not popping pills. It's really not as daunting as you'd think, and you will naturally lose weight and be more likely to KEEP it off.
