me too.. i'm 26. time's catching up to me!!

the only thing i can recommend (which i need to do also) is get at least 30 - 60 min of exercise daily.. or every other day. this helps get ur body into gear, gives u more energy, and actually makes u more "tired" at the right time so u go to bed on time!!! the best time to exercise is in the Morning before work or school. seriously and eat breakfast! u will see a difference in ur daily routine, u will have more energy (and probably look more fit as well!)

i know it's hard to do, but it's worth it..... good luck

You SHOULD be getting at least 8 hours of sleep so don't try to skimp on your sleep. If you do have a night where you get less for whatever reason keep a concealer on hand to use. Don't try to cover up the circle use a concealer as this is what they are designed for. If one doesn't work then try another one. You might be able to get good recommendations on a specific product from your beautician.

If having less sleep is going to be a habitual thing, I suggest training yourself to sleep less gradually. That way your body gets used to it and you don't get those icky circles we all hate. I use concealer and for some reason that seems to enhance my circles. If you can, try and get more hours of sleep if you cannot run on less than 8. Good luck :)

Get your 8 hours of sleep and the problem is no longer a problem.
