I believe I've been mistreated, it happened about 8 years ago though... so I don't think there's anything I can do about it. I was in a hospital once for depression and they made us take showers and press a buzzer so they could check us (while we were naked) to make sure we put enough soap on ourselves. I was about 11 then and I just started going through puberty. I felt very violated, but I never said anything because I thought this was normal...

Is this wrong???

I don't have any money for a lawyer and I don't think theres any thing we can do about it this late, I don't even remember the dr's names.

I'm just wondering if this is mistreatment/abuse? If it is would this qualify as sexual abuse in some way??

Would you get any diseases if you touch a syringe to shoot heroin or meth without using any gloves even if you didn't poke yourself with a needle?

A couple years ago I've noticed that I've seen a syringe lying on the ground and I've picked it up without using any gloves and threw it away so nobody else would see it, fortunately I did not poke myself with the syringe.

It's 1 AM in NY and all I really wish is that those of you who believe in Jesus as Lord or are devout Jewish worshipers of Ha-Shem Tov (Blessed be His Name) make petitions to G-D for my sake. Cardiologists made clear that this is incurable and often uncontrollable. The greater the damage from the heart attack, the harder it is to control th deadly fluid buildup. No cure is now possible, and even 6 mos in a hospital cannot promise an improvement. I realize that my best and only hope is in Ha-Shem & in His mercy. - and in My Lord the Meshiach Jesus. I do not tonite ask your medical advice - only your prayers to the Lord Whom I adore. If you wish to do a good deed, pray for me that the Lord heal me or take me soon from my great swelling & pain. I tahnk & bless each of you who will pray for me tonite sincerely. Knowing that I have your prayers gives me hope for a speedy relief.

Hey guys, have a quick question for you. I just got back from the dentist, and I am freaking out a little. So at the end of the appointment, the dental hygenist was showing me the propper way to floss and she demonstrated on herself, putting a piece of floss between her teeth. I was sitting in the chair. When she took the floss off, she was flicking it around and I felt it touch the side of my hair.

Here is why I am worried: what if the floss had blood on it, resonable since it was inbetween her teeth, and when the floss came in contact with my hair, fresh, wet blood got in my hair? Can it soak into my hair and stay in it? Will a simple shower in hot water wash the blood out, or do I need to do something more drastic? Do I need to cut out the part of my hair that came into contact with the blood?

Can I get HIV or Hep C if the gal was infected, I took a shower and some got inmy, let's say, eye or mouth. Can I get it if if it stays in my hai? Please help.

I'm 14 and sometimes can be very self concious about my weight. I have a big but and hips. I weigh around 175-180 and am 5"8. I don't enjoy running too much but will if I have too. Any ideas? I really want to get a nice body by summer so I can feel more confident. Thanks!!

I'm 30 years old with a degree in psychology. I did two years of graduate school before I realized counseling wasn't what I wanted to do. I have a lot of interests, but no "real world" experience in any of those; at least nothing that will lead to a career. My lifelong dream was to be a pilot, but I'm not allowed a pilot's license because I have a history of migraines. I feel that there's something more for me out there, but I feel that I'm too old to start anything new, and I should just be satisfied with what I have. What options do we "stuck-in-a-rutt"ers have?
