hi! i would love to tell u the benefits of yoga as i myself have experienced them.apart from the maintenance of your body,u can also have control over ur mind.u can avoid frustration,,temper,and all the lonelinesss u feel sometimes.it even helps u to enhance ur memory,concentration.it helps u to keep fresh the whole day.i was suffering from asthama and then my mom told me to perform the yoga practises.and witin six months i was completely cured.all thnx to the yoga.work on.even u'll enjoy the benefits.all the best.

There r lot of postures in yoga each one is related for the stimulation of particular part in body.Do it according to ur required problems but not every postures. or go for an ART OF LIVING course in ur area.
