A good general rule of thumb is this:
start with 100lbs and add 5 lbs for every inch over 5 ft. And then create a decent range by giving 10 lbs either way to account for activity levels and muscle mass. That would give you an average of 100-120lbs if you are 5ft2in tall or an average of 105-125lbs if you are 5ft3in tall.

that sounds liek the perfect weight! thats about what i was when i was 14. it mostly depends on how you see yourself in the mirror. if you look a tad bit shabby, a few pounds can't hurt, and if you can bear to loose a few in a few spots, that might also help too. its whatever you look best in, especially considering that muscle weighs more than fat, so you could be very trim and toned, yet still weigh more than a person who is not so fit. hope this helps!

I am 14 and I wiegh 132lb I think its fat and unhealthy but most people think of themselves that way........ I would say 120lb is pretty good I wish I wieghed 101lb
