You don't need a health insurance to have a medical. Just call
the medical office up and tell them you are a cash patient if they
ask.

Go to the ER if you really sick, and need to see a doctor fast. They can't refuse treatment @ the ER if you're experiencing an urgent problem... Or try to got to a walk in clinic if its not super bad. Call first to check their prices, they're usually pretty reasonable. Depending on where you live, and what kind of doctor you need, some places will have a sliding scale for charge amounts for people without insurance.

there are some places that have free clinics or go by your income....if there isnt a place like that close by a nurse practioner is normally cheaper than a dr. and can do the same things..

In my area they have places you can go to and you pay them on what your income is.Call your local heath dept and they might know of some place.

you can go to the hospital emergency room after 11ish, they won't turn anyone down...if it's sickness or something, they'll help you.
