Okay, so I've been doing 100 crunches for about 3 weeks now and I'm already starting to see that area shape a little. Keyword, a LITTLE. When I stand in the mirror, I can't see my 6-pack completely, but when I stretch or flex you can see it more. Also the bottom half of the 6-pack is forming more than the top. But the more I'm doing crunches, the more the top forms too. I'm starting to wonder if I'm not doing enough crunches or if I'm doing something wrong. What do you think?
(BTW, I'm 141 pounds, 5'4, 16yrs)

When I was a child I experienced a lot of horrible trauma. Part of the way that I coped and survived was by disconnecting myself from my body.

I learnt to take my mind and all that is my essence away. I'd drift far away so I wouldn't have to experience what was happening to me.

This is a part of childhood that my subconscious mind holds on to and projects into my present life. A defense reaction that once was my ally, now a nemesis of sorts. My interactions with people and my environment are susquently hindered as my default position always seems to be set on the urgent "Vacate You Body Now".

I feel like I'm stuck here and I'd like to grow past it. I no longer need this tool from my childhood but my brain is so paranoid that I'm still under threat it won't let me rest.
Any advice you could lend would be greatly appreciated. Be Nice :) I'm a magic flower trying to grow. Water me with goodness.

Well, I have had migranes since I was very little and about 5 days ago I got another one. Today I have been getting dizzy, feeling sick to my stomach and my body gets shaky as if I am going to collapse. I was just wondering if that was a side affect of the migrane. I have never felt this way before and it worries me.

It's a methacillin-staph resistant infection of the skin, and I have been on Clindamyicin, which is clearing it up. Everyone has their own opinions about everything, and I am going to ask my doctor because I personally do not think that this is "lifelong" condition. It is very common nowdays, and becoming more and more frequent within the communities.

If you are familiar with this term you should hopefully know what it means, it's like experience a heart attack or similar such feelings- for me, it's been tight chest, breathing problems, fluttering/chest pains. If you have it ,what can you tell me about your condition? Symptoms? Has it gotten better? Do you take anything for it? Doctor wants to refer me to a cardiologist when I can afford it, but assured me I'm fine and nothing fatal will happen, but want to see how to cope with it better. It is stressful!

Is it wise, or even possible, for a 16 year old to have a breast reduction? My daughter's chest size is a 36G, and it appears that she is not done growing. It's been suggested that she have a reduction to prevent back problems, but is this wise for someone her age, especially considering she is not done growing yet? She is very muscular, and lifts weight regularly. (She's in her 4th semester of weight training in school.) And her coach is very helpful...he has developed a program that will help her strengthen her back muscles. That's great, but I'm sure there will come a time when she stops lifting weights...I guess I would like to know if it's better to reduce them now, or wait until it's necessary to do so, if that time should arise.
