I am suffering from both pain and numbness with my left and right hand 24 hours a day without relief and it only cease pain if I stop working for at least a week. but the problem is that, I can't stop working as I had to earn! massage theraphy is fine, but it is costing me a lot! it is like I am working just to pay for the theraphy. is anybody knows a kind of theraphy oil I can use for self treatment?

i eat fish unbreaded, drink water, i dont east bread or junk food. and i eat vegtables cold and hot depends what mood im in, i eat alot of cucumers . i gained 25 pounds in last year. how can i lose it ? and what foods should i stop? i mean in all reality i eat fish only no sugars , excpet for one pepsi pop.......can it gain a person 25 pounds? i am active hyprone would say!!!my body fat isin my tummy and my hips andlegs, the rest of me is boney looking............

I am average height 5'4" and want to weight under 140 pounds.
They say that to weight 125 eat 1500 calories a day. Who are they kidding? If I ate more than 1400 calories a day I gain weight like crazy. They even had people on diets with 1400 calories.
Does anyone actually lose weight on that many calories?
Am I from outer space or something and don't need food.
Is there anyone out there who can eat that much and lose weight?

I need to lose 27 more pounds. I was hoping a vegetarian diet would do the trick. But it's going so slowly. I work out 3 days a week, and I'm an active mom of 3. I hardly ever have a chance to sit down. Why is it taking so long to get rid of the fat?

I have really nice skin, no pimples or anything except on occasion. But, I do have dry skin, like dead dry skin. I use exfoliators to scrub it off it doesn't work, and masks. What should I do? I don't like having to look greasy with neosporin.

This is a serious question. I have noticed when I clean/remove makeup, an eyelash, etc. from my left eye, my fingertip will have a putrid odor on it. If I do the same on the right eye, no odor.
Can anyone explain this. It's making me paranoid that I smell!

Ok well i want my stomach to look slimer but over the past week my stomach kinda bulged out. before i was 105 and felt ok i worked out everyday walked for 20 minutes and did some crunches. I didnt really eat much but 2 weeks ago i decided to kinda pig out and at the end of the day my stomach was bloated and wouldn't go away i felt like I had a change in appatite like I wanna eat more. And I can't find a deit plan I like and i dont think it will work. Today I;m starting Yoga and i think that will help but I really like to eat now... god I need help please help me whoever you are.

Hello, I smashed my middle finger with a 50lb wieght awhile back and the nail is VERY close to finally falling off. I would say it is 90% loose. However, on the corner front tip of my finger nail does not seem to be detached like the rest of it has. Obviously it'll have to come off sooner or later and one way or another, but what should I do?
Should I leave it alone or should I try to take it off?
Also, any tips on what to do after it does come off is appreciated as well!

-Dry mouth/throat (Feels like theres something in my throat, kind of like when you are sick and you got mucus there, only not as much. A lumpish feeling. This also gives him a thirst)

- Mouth feels kind of sticky/dry (Which is hard to explain)

- Cold feeling when I breath in (Not like shortness of breath, its just that when I take a deep breath, my throath/mouth feels cold)

- Same cold feeling in chest (Like the kind of feeling you get when you worked out too hard. Its mild, really, and not as severa, but thats the best way to describe it)

I dont feel weak, which is normal with a flu, nor do I have a runny nose or a sore throat. I went to the doctor last week for something else, unrelated to this, I got my bloodwork , it came back normal (Jan. 17th) I had previously had symptoms of anxiety, with the need to take in deep breath's, normal ones associated with anxiety. I am currently taking ortho tricyclen , daily. I started on Thursday the 18th.(continued)
