I have really nice skin, no pimples or anything except on occasion. But, I do have dry skin, like dead dry skin. I use exfoliators to scrub it off it doesn't work, and masks. What should I do? I don't like having to look greasy with neosporin.

Scrubbing off layers of any type skin gets rid of dead dry cells, this is good for all skin but not more than three times a week for dry skin.It sounds like yours is dry.It is getting the aging look for you before you know it.You do not need neosporin unless you have eruptions. What you need is intense, non oily ,moisture treatment . Several kinds, several times a day, like early and late and on weekends.soap is very drying also.Layer the different kinds of moisture creams light first, then heaver (non oily.Moisture is doing its job when it sinks in.Never let your skin go dry after you wash it,Use Moisture at all times.Use a night moisture cream.Eye cleansing lotion is an excellent final rinse .

Hope this helps and it doesnt have to be clinique by lotions especially for dry/normal skin!

Use this soap called Cetaphil, it's for cleansing dry, sensitive skin. You can buy it at Wal-Mart or almost anywhere.

First, its how you wash your face, wash with some mild antibacterial liquid soap and then rinse with hot to open and clean
pores and then cold water to close pores.
try aloe vera gel on afterwards to keep skin clear.
