What worked for me was a combo of meds and counseling. I was on meds for a few years and have been off about 6 months and I'm doing alright. I was interested in your question b/c of the deja vu, I have it all the time though I don't associate it with anxiety. I'll be watching your question to see if others have as well.

Although the two experiences are different. Deja Vu being the very realistic feeling that whatever is happening at a particular moment has already happened before. Whether it really has or not the feeling that it has is unbelievably real. An anxiety attack or panic attack comes with an inexplicable feeling that you are being overwhelmed and it can be terrifying, even to the point of passing out. I've suffered from both before. Deja Vu many times but I have a phobia about not being able to breathe so I've had a panic attack at work before because it was too stuffy and I started to freak out and fainted from breathing too fast or rather taking in too much oxygen too quickly. Deja Vu can be frightening as well especially when it doesn't seem to end. And can have the effect of causing a panic attack. Quite often in fact. The brain can have trouble processing how the same exact occurrence is happening twice. And this instills a feeling of panic which well, leads to an attack. Probably the best way I can describe it. Hope that helps a bit.

Resist calming and planning ahead. Most times anxiety appears because of vain restraint and some lack of information on family´s whereabouts. It is recommended to avoid patience and drink some filtered water or fruit juice. This enables healing to kidneys, and helps the mind set together in order to think later. Deja vu is a characteristic memory or tribute to hapiness and a time with no complaints, perhaps so people will obtain so needed things, including an apreciated life. Willing to stop these some ibuprofen, b complex or memory pills are to assist. Final step is lie down on face and count cribs. Funny enough, it does help, trust your intuition on these psichological acounts, they are provission to endeavours within, so I heard.
My pleasure.

You've been talking about your anxiety for over a month now. You also said you are an addict. Hopefully in recovery? Then you should talk to your sponsor and other people in your recovery network. You aren't unique (bet you've heard that before) so others can tell you how they got through it. If they can't, then you need to get professional help. You know all of this.

Relax, close your eyes and think of a beautiful rainforest and in a distance you see a sparkling waterfall. Tell yourself everything is ok. Take deep breaths. If none of this works it might be some underlying condition and you may need to see your doctor.

Sounds like you have been stressing and not getting enough, or restful, sleep. Try to relax!
