i eat fish unbreaded, drink water, i dont east bread or junk food. and i eat vegtables cold and hot depends what mood im in, i eat alot of cucumers . i gained 25 pounds in last year. how can i lose it ? and what foods should i stop? i mean in all reality i eat fish only no sugars , excpet for one pepsi pop.......can it gain a person 25 pounds? i am active hyprone would say!!!my body fat isin my tummy and my hips andlegs, the rest of me is boney looking............

If you consume more calories than you burn, regardless of how healthy the food is, you will gain weight. In order to lose that weight you need to either reduce your caloric intake, or increase your activity levels, or both.

To lose weight, the best thing is to do cardiovascular exercises like biking, jogging, walking at a fast pace...You are supposed to do them on an empty stomach in the morning or in the evening. The reason why we do it on an empty stomach is bcos u dont hav any food in ur body that it needs fuel to get energy for u to do that exercise.. Then, your body resorts to burning the body fat as a fuel. Do cardio for 40-45 mins 6-7 times a week. But, note this that cardio takes 30% and diet takes 70%. So eat 4-5 small meals a day which contains low carbs, high quality protein ( lean read meat such as chicken breast, nuts ( they hav good fats which make u lose bodyfat and good for general health ), beans, turky, tuna ) and lot of vegetables ( dont eat junk food like french fries or McDonal food or stuff ). By eating smaller meals more frequently the metabolism become fast and it help ur body put in an anabolic state which is good for losing fat. And avoid eating sugary food , sweets and the likes. Try to hav less stress ( just try to think that argument or whatever problem is not gonna kill u that you dont really hav to care much, for example). And try to get restful sleep around 7 hrs a day. SO, that is everything u hav to do. You will see the difference in 2-3 mths if u follow them strictly.

truth be told that alcohol , beer is very fattening and it decreases ur testosterone level resulting in estrogen increase which encourage ur body to gather more and more fat. And Fruits !! when losing fat, avoid fruits bcos they contains sugar and stuff which are fattening. Good luck :)

Note: some people eat so little everyday and gains weights bcos of their body type and eating habit. Endormorph body gains both fat and muscles very very easily and hard to lose them. The result of eating so little ,, may be one or two meals a day results in slower metabolism which stop the body from making use of the calories u take in.

Um...is it possible that you could be pregnant? Before I found out that I was pregnant with my son I was actively trying to loose weight. I could not loose it and slowly put on more weight. I was very surprised that I was pregnant and had been for four months. I now have a happy three year old.

Are you on medication? Some medications can cause weight gain. Do you eat foods that contain a lot of sodium? Or drink sports drinks that contain a lot of sodium? Sodas do contain sodium and lot of other junk and it can make you retain water.
