how should i position my arms for pushups, or should i do fly? or what? i wanna concentrate mainly on the lower outer part of my pecs.

Do decline bench. Where your head is lower than your thighs on a bench, like laying back. Like incline where you sit up is for upper chest. You lean back for lower chest. good luck.

push ups won't help much for lower pecs... if you are going for outer parts or middle pecs or lower pecs.. try doing dips ( weighted dips if you can ) with proper form. Lean forward when you do dips to hit middle, lower and outer pecs. Also try doing some decline dumbell press.

These exercises will emphasize the lower chest : decline bench press movements with barbell or dumbells, wide grip dips, and cable crossovers with the pulleys at the bottom of the apparatus

Incline bench press works well. Also, a reverse grip pull down. Push ups with hands close together.
