You are 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. So this means eat every 3 hrs- small meals so you never get hungry. You should eat lots of veggies, protein to feed the muscles. Stop eating white breads, pasta and rice. eat your simple carbs before 2pm so you can burn them off. Cut sugar from your diet(sugar stores fat.) Exercise is so important for your health. But if you can't exercise you will still loss weight if you kick the sugar and bad carbs.
Best wishes, You can, if you want it bad enough.

I'm in the same situation you are. I've gained about 15 lbs, most of my clothes are no longer fitting and I want an easy fix rather than doing the work to improve it.

Unfortunately there are no "easy" fixes. Once you get to a point where you are unhappy enough with your body you will be motiovated to take the steps to change it.

In my experience the quickest way for me to drop the pounds is a low carb diet along with regular exercise. If you follow a low carb diet correctly and exercise a few days a week the pounds will drop, and they will drop quick!

Good luck!

No one here can help you. You need to stop eating so much and you HAVE to exercise. If you choose not to, then you will be fat. There are no pills, supplements, vitamins, minerals, herbs....nothing that is going to take the weight off. None of them work. Not one.

Stop being lazy. Obesity kills people, especially in north america. Did you know that the term "fat american" is a common used term in other countries.....sad fact....
