Hi,
Yesterday i woke up to find i have this bump on the roof of my mouth. It is very sore and is making it very difficult to swallow food. Has anyone ever come across anything like this if so what was it? How did you get rid of it? have not had anything like this but have an idea as to what it could be?

iam 24 yrs weight is more than 74 i guess
i did went on gym for a month but due to shortage of money n time didnt able to continue it
i am lossing my confident due to this overwheight thing
i cant able to do yag or exercise at home as my house too small n family members r more
iam working as n computer operater so i am stick to chair 9 to 5
dont know how could be fit with this kind of shedule i cant waist money on heavy exercise euipments too

please give some good advice

I haven't had a gallbladder attack in say 6 months and before that it was a year and a half. I'm not too keen on the surgery, but if I have to I will. I am doing really well with my diet.

Exercise. Someone got me a treadmill at home and advised me to wake up at least half an hour early to exercise. I did it for the first day but on the second day wake up half an hour later than usual instead.

Last semester i moved to college and started smoking pot alot like a couple times a week then decieded i didnt want to anymore so i moved back for semester and smoked a joint on new years eve and before that i smoke in dec. I did smoke once or more a day from thanksgiving until i left in dec. I have to take a drug test sometime next week and im scared that i wont pass. I have been working out and drinking lots of water and liquids that pass week. Will i be able to pass the drug test? If not i do have a detoxic drink should i take that just incase?
