Eat plenty of fiber and drink 6 - 8 glasses of water a day.

Do not take laxatives nor use one of those "flush" systems. Both hurt you in the long run.

Drink lots of water and eat fiber and exercise. Do not take laxatives they are hard on the GI tract. Do not stick anything in your butt. Enemas if not properly given can cause a perforated bowel.
