It is possible but needs to be done in a healthy way. CUt your calorie intake to around 1200 a day and do cardio excersie for about 45 mins a day. Take green tea and fish oil pills, they boost ur matabolism. Drink lots of water. Try not to drink cokes and if u use sweetners, try sweet n low or splenda. (they had 0 calories) I'm in the same boat!! I've been doing this and have lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks

Well that is a goal that is way to high. I understand that you want to lose weight, who doesn't. I am overweight myself and I started on a diet December 4th and I was 225, I just weight in a few hours ago and now down to 210. Its a slow process, you can safely lose about 2 pounds a week, please go to this web site, slim fast.com this is a free web site with a wealth of information to help you lose weight. Good luck and please let me know how you are doing.

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back intended for seconds. But hang on! Stop to get a minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour will certainly put you off that 3 rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Music enables you to eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology and also Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to definitely take time over your supper, so you consume more meal. So, switch off – silence can make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.

to safely lose 28 lbs in a month is impossible. healthy fat loss occurs at the rate of between 1-3 lbs a week.

you can drastically cut calories and carbs and exercise for hours a day but the body just will not release fat stores more than a given rate. after that you will just be catabolizing lean muscle tissue which in essence will make your body fat increase making you technically fatter than before.

you should set a healthy and realistic goal, like 10 lbs the first month. then at the end of the month see what kind of progress you have made and set another goal for month 2.

the human body does not like drastic changes, it will fight to preserve as much fat as possible at the expense of muscle tissue. this is why healthy fat loss takes time and is a slow process.

eat as much whole food as possible, eggs, poultry, fish and lean cuts of red meat. carbs should not be processed, eat whole oatmeal, yams, lentils, beans, etc. complex carbohydrates that are high in fiber. eat as much leafy green vegetables as you please, the darker the better as they contain more nutrients. consume healthy fats like olive oile, sunflower oil, safflower oil, pumpkin seed oil, flax seed oil.

the key to healthy fat loss is to maximize body fat loss while preserving as much lean body mass as possible. it makes no sense to go on a crash diet where you see a large decrease of weight on the "scale" but in reality you lost a lot of water weight and lean body mass, increasing your body fat and ending up fatter than before...

Obtain smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is really a lot easier – those diminutive amounts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to eat less.
