Wow looks like you really have a lot of excuses there, and they are all pretty bad at that.
Do you really want to do this?
You have your answer here again, walking.
It's free.
30 minutes of brisk walking will work off 100 calories.
Don't starve yourself but know when to say no. Fruits/veggies/protein. Some carbs are fine we need them too. If you have a craving for a little something every now and then well then have it, just have a small amount. If you live with others then they might try to sabotage especially in the beginning. Stand strong and stay with it. Don't expect the weight to come off in a month, you didn't gain that fast so please be patient with yourself. Have weight loss goals, several of them, big ones and little ones and reward yourself for each time you reach one (but not with food).
Save a little here and there and maybe get a bike as a reward for one of your goals. (second hand stores are great for those who are losing)
I wish you so much luck.

Walking is very important and a good way to stay fit is to walk around your neighborhood. You can do this in the mornings before you go to work, just about 15-20 minutes should be fine, it will also give you more energy for the rest of the day. Don't skip any meals, especially breakfast. Have something light like cereal and for lunch and dinner try to make sure that what you eat is low in calories. Also drink plenty of water, try to drink 8 glasses daily. It helps to loose weight too. If you say you don't have enough time to exercise its fine as long as you remember to walk or jog everyday and watch what you eat. Try this for a month and see how it goes, but remember to keep at it. you can't expect to see major results in a small amount of time. If in one month you loose only one or two pounds keep doing it, eventually you will continue to drop more weight and thats better than nothing. I hope this helps and good luck!

There are lots of things to do, you just have to be creative. Try not to eat after 6pm, eat something when ya get up due to ur metabolism does not start till ya eat. Pack some fruit snacks to munch on during day instead of junk food, especially caffiene drinks with lots of suger, stay away from sugar and starches. Try walking in place at home while watching Tv. Sitting at desk try tighten your stomach and holding for 7-10secs do 6-8 sets of 4-6 reps. Do the same with legs, arms, rotate neck to keep flexible, get up every 10-15 minutes do 2-3 stretches and sit back down and work. if ya have a place at work, when ya take lunch eat something small with a health shake then walk around building for 10-15 minutes before ya sit back down to work. ANy movement is good not matter what. Subscribe to womens health magazine they always have good things to try and use. Hope ya have good luck and remember be creative....

Whatever reasons you have presented for not doing exercise and diet control, Basically those all are excuses.
Do U really think that you are the most busy person in the world?
Or you expect all people working like you must suffer from Obesity?

The first thing to achieve any goal is DETERMINATION.
If you are really determined to to fight obesity, there are three essentials (As you must be knowing already):
1. Meditation
2. Diet Control
3. Fitness Exercise

I would suggest you eat healthier. Try eating a good sized breakfast & lunch. Try to have dinner before 6:00 p.m. Considering your at your desk have a fruit as a snack between your meals. It makes your metabolism go faster and process the food in a faster manner. Limit your intake. A doctor once told me to eat according to my daily activity. Considering your activity is very limited try eating healthier, in limited portions more often. Sounds funny but it worked for me considering I work from home. Good Luck You can Do it.

eat to live, don't live to eat (famous saying).
And if you can't do so try this
tell to your mind and heart that you will loss 30 kg in six months or you will kill yourself. And then listen to your mind and if it says walking, salad and lemon water, do it. And if it says what the hell will i get after lossing the weight then stop worring about the weight loss and try to be rich first(full determination and hard work required).
also try to understand your body and treat it like it's your and you love it and have respect for it. By saying it I mean that mind controls every action of yours. Stop thinking about weight loss and start loosing the weight.

Best of luck throughing away those extra kilos!

You don't need money or even a lot of time to exercise.

Just a walk around the block every day is enough. They say, even if you did walking 10 minutes every day for a week, that is good too.
