hiya i have been eating birdseye steamed veg with rice with a little of bernard matthews turkey ham on for my dinner and then just the birdseye steamed veg without the rice for my dinner and a little turkey ham will i loose weight ??? i am also going to a kick areobics once a week ?? i am 5'7" and i weight just under 10 stone ??? thanxs xx

i dont know if i should have my teeth whitened, veneered or crowned. i can only have the front 4 crowned on my budget. any advice on the best direction. my front 4 teeth were covered? when i was 13...i think caps....so i know whitening them isnt possible...but everything is healthy...so what should i do?? my budget is $3200 and i am having an appointment for the front four to be crowned at $800 per tooth....just need some professional advice....thnx!! plus...how much is the zoom whitening system at the dentist?

i have always believed that if you get and abcessed tooth you can most likely contract blood poison from it if you pulled the tooth while the infection is present is this true?? also i went to a dentist who was going to pull the tooth but was not going to do anything about he infection and when i was told all they were going to do is pull the tooth and nothing about the infection i got up out of the chair and walked out did i do the right thing?? i have since gone to another doctor and they have prescribed an antibiodic meds to help me get rid of the infection and then they are going to help me find another dentist. did i do right by walking out or was i in the wrong because i was told wrong about never having a tooth pulled while infection is present in the mouth around the abcessed tooth thnx i am trying to survive such pain from the pressure of the infection pocket i am in need of help thnx

it gets red and sore sometimes, but only for a day or two, and then it's better for awhile, and then it gets red and sore again...also, the skin around the piercing (on the outside) gets really dry and flaky. it's always peeling a bit, even though i carefully wash it with mild soap and warm water, and then moisterize it with a really gentle moisterizer everyday. i am wearing a stud made of surgical steel. am i doing something wrong? i have my ears pierced and i don't get any of these problems with them.

This is going to be long, so please bare with me. I've been suffering from depression for about 4 years now. the strongest symptoms I've been feeling are fatigue, lack of interest in things i once enjoyed, irritation, anxiety, figiting, depression, difficulty concentrating. I think its all connected to my fatigue. I've tried several meds: effexor, trazodone to help me fall asleep (difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep), citalopram, and fluvoxamine, but none seem to work well. The effexor worked great initially but then wore off after a couple of months. Fluvoxamine is working alright. Now the needle part: I did volunteer work at a dental office for kids about 4 years ago. I would assist with some of the tools. When I was disposing a needle, i accidently pricked myself. I didnt say anything cause I didn't think it was a big deal. I did regular blood tests, everything was alright. Might this be tied to what I have now? Serious suggestions please. Thnxs.

I had my second Child 8 months ago, and decided it was the last, so wanted to go on a long term contraception. I started the jab, but Bled for all but 1 week in 3 months, as well as put on a lot of weight, so decided not to renew it, I am now not using any contraception, my husband is wearing condoms. I have had a lot of stress this past year, not only my second child and lack of sleep, but I've bought a house and my mother died(She was only 42), and I have to have my gallbladder removed in the next few weeks. I'm 24, 25 in June. I know I have had a lot of stress this past year, but I dont want to bother a doctor if thats all it is. I can cope with a bit of stress. Is there anything else it could be?

im 16 years old.I had a normal childhood was considered a good kid until parents were divorced when i was around 8, i`m the middle child, it affected me for maybe a year or something, anyway since than ive lived with my mom, when i was in 5th grade i met a girl, was great friends with her until 7th grade dated her and now im in love with this girl. she cheated on me once to keep this simple. and i was very sad about this, but it seems for a long time i have been very impulsive at the wrong times, say my dog bites at me at the wrong time i flip out and am like get rid of this i hate it, or i my gf does something at the wrong time im just like fine whatever and hang up or walk away. I dropped out of school because for whatever reason i just could not take being there and i dont know why. i went through a outpatient behavior hospital and im good in the sense i dont fight with my mom but thats because im not going to school. I feel like i have no goals, but than the next day.
