There are plenty of forums out there that can help ones for depression or other issues have a look around on google specifically for what it is your looking for there are chat rooms based on certain things also where people will come to help one another out.

All depends on what you are wanting to talk about. I don't think you can get online free professional advice or anything, but you could try a chat room of some sort where other people are dealing with the same issues
