stretching is the best way to tone up you could also dance or take a yoga class running is also a good way if done properly most ppl think they can just start running cuz thier fit and thats not true walk and if u do already speed it up then start jogging after two weeks start a running walking jogging running walking rountine in that order for small time prds this excersise should last 30 40 mins pace ur self stretch before and after

Depends on what part of the body. For abs it would be crunches. Arms would be bicep and tricep curls. Lunges and squats are good for legs. There are alot of great websites and books out there to give you tips and ideas. Best of luck!

Use smaller weights and longer reps. To build muscle use heavier weights and less reps.
