look..this is a natural process that we get acne..even some people don't get...it is all chemistry of harmons...generally it occurs during your late teen age..during 2-3 year of span the maximize...and then stop.. after that we have marks on our face...but we can reduce them by some creams or likewise stuff...sometime our skin is sensitive and these creams etc. gives worse effect..therefore it this happens ..don't use any cream..slowly you will find they stop.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

I went through a big Strokes phase a few years ago. I still like them, but they're far from favorites. BQ: Juicebox, Razorblade (so mockingly emo lol), On the Other Side, Reptilia and Evening Sun are my favorites. BQ2: Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, No Doubt, Nine Inch Nails, Blind Melon, Nirvana, the Rolling Stones, the Beastie Boys, Jack Johnson, the Offspring... you expect me to be able to narrow this list down? I would say Gogol Bordello, but although they're NYC-based, I wouldn't necessarily say they're from America.

Not unless you find a better way to treat it. In general, you will have some hormonal changes that will help it clear a little, but you really need to find a cleasing regime that will help with your specific problem. There are several different acne treatment options over the counter, but a trip to the dermatologist would be worth the money.

I'm in my late 20's and have only just got my acne under control...i say under control because i doubt it will ever go away..( I'm just one of those unlucky ppl..) i have just found the product that works really really good for me and my skin and hormones. one home made remedy that i tried a couple yrs back and worked pretty good was olive oil and tea tree oil mixed 2gether. i would put it on my face at night.. 10 mins before i was gettin in the shower.. then wash it off. the olive oil made my skin sooo soft.. like a babies.. and the tea tree worked on the acne. like any product u buy..this works for some ppl and not others. I'm now using nutrimetics restore range.. apparently not usually recommended for ppl my age.. but its just what works for me. things also improved when i made sure my water intake was at the maximum and i cut right down on wearing makeup.. u think its a cover...but i think it just makes it worse. now that i have it under control i have started wearing it a bit more often again. u just have to find whats right for your skin.. and don't think the outside is what makes u U on the inside.... all the best.

really depends on your age now and what stage of development you are in, i assume it will settle down a bit and become less frequent, i also know its good exfoliate over your whole body and tone a cleanse ever 1-2 days
