Surgery. Liposuction. Otherwise, it can't be done without some risk to your health. If it could be done, wouldn't a lot of people be doing it already?

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Swimming can help you to lose weight fast. At the same time, take low carb diets with plenty of vegetables and fruits.

Really fast....

Ice Coffee in the AM
Running
Water
Cottage cheese and whole rain toast
carrots
Chicken
Steam veggies
Tuna
Lean Meat
5-6 small meals! (never fill up comepltly, just eat frequently to keep food cravings at bay!
*Very clean --- detox slightly.

But only eat low cal for short period! Or you will crash your system and have a bigger mess!

Binging or becoming Anorexic is a way to lose weight. You're not quite losing fat but just muscle; because muscle is easier to lose than fat. But surely you're losing weight; the good weight.

eating less than the half you eat daily, or the half or very few. You will not die and in a week you will see the diference.

But loosing weight fast is not good, because it left marks in your skin all over, specially stomack and legs.

For a weak try to eat only fruits and water and avoid oily or fatty food for a month and start exercising.

No carbs, exercise, eat very healthy, sauna, sweat it off and dont put water back into your system, but be careful not to dehydrate yourself

the soup diet but on the thrid day of this i went off soup for a year.
having prtein shakes instead of lunch
