once every 2 or 3 months when I bowel there is blood coming out. Does anyone experience this? What do you think happens?

colon cancer. You could have polyps in your colon. See a doctor immediately!

This could come from may things. Everything from just a small tear on the anus or something worse like IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). It depends on the amount of blood, how often you bleed, do you bleed regular, is the blood bright red or a dark coffee ground look. If the blood is a bright red it is probably a tear on the other hand if it is dark brown the it would be a bleed in the upper digestive system. The brighter the blood the closer the anus it is. Either way I know that it is uncomfortable and worry some. I would honestly talk to my Dr about it. It is better to be safe than sorry. Hope all goes well

More than likely it is an internal hemorrhoid that flares up when you are constipated. People say they are not constipated but if you must strain to have a bowel movement you are constipated.
It would be wise to mention this to your doctor on your next visit.

initially...is it on your bowel routine or coming out of your vaginal discipline? How historic are you? Lower correct quadrant agony with vaginal bleeding may also be from a ruptured ovarian cyst. With rectal bleeding it would be an inside hemroids.

anal fissures,hemorrhoids,ulcer etc,bleeding can be from many sources even a polyp in ur colon.you need to see a gastroenterologist and have a colonoscopy to rule it out!
