The best way to lose weight is a combination of cardio (steady activities to raise your heart rate) and weight training. You'll still need to consider muscle tone after losing weight, but if you're concerned about "bulking up" with muscle, rather than "weightlifting," you can do more reps with lighter hand weights.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

its hard, they say theres ways to do this but really the only way to lose fat from a specific area of your body is to lose weight period, and the weight comes off where it comes off. The advantage though to building muscle is that muscle BURNS fat quicker, and will make your arms "harder", that is, more toned without that jiggle

Arm fats are actually quite hard to get rid of.. But maybe i can recommend you to do a tone up rather than thinking of ways to get rid of the fats.

u can't lose weight in one part of your body - by dieting and exercising u lose weight all over your body and eventually on your arms. what about gaining muscle - i want to gain muscles on my arms, have been training every day in gym for 2 hours for 8 years now. do i have man like muscles on my arms? not even close. so it is not easy to gain muscles even if u want to, so if u don't want to have muscles don't u worry - u wouldn't have them any way
