Kissing and laughing are 2 of my favorite ways to burn calories, I put some effort into the kissing, but it's definitely worth the weight loss!

sitting in sauna doesn't burn calories, it vaporates water from your body that's why u might lose some gramms. when u drink after u will gain all your fat, cos sauna doesn't vaporate fat. there is no effortless way to burn calories - unless your heart rate is around 120 beats per min for at least 20 min u won't lose any weight

Effortless way to burn?.

Doing nothing won't burn calories. Either you each less food or do some exercises. Walking doesn't burn too many calories either.
