Roxicet is "branded generic" and is the same as the brand name product Percocet. It is manufactured and distributed by Roxane Laboratories Inc. The tablets come in two strengths: 5/325 (5 mg oxycodone and 325 mg acetaminophen) and 5/500 (5 mg oxycodone and 500mg acetaminophen).

Like Percocet and other generics, it is a Schedule II controlled substance. Most folks know that oxycodone is a narcotic pain reliever (called an opioid medically).

Hope this helps.

Do you mean "Robaxacet"? If so, it's an over-the-counter pain reliever/muscle relaxant for back or other muscle pain. It's a muscle relaxant combined with acetaminophen (Tylenol).
