Exercise. Someone got me a treadmill at home and advised me to wake up at least half an hour early to exercise. I did it for the first day but on the second day wake up half an hour later than usual instead.

What helps me out is to make a plan for the day at best, the morning if nothing else. It gets me excited to get going and accomplishing the things on my list, starting with hitting the gym/track. Get everything ready the night before; the less effort, the easier to convince yourself (well, I did get everything all ready!) Routine also makes it easier. The first couple weeks are a battle! Your body will begin to adjust if you climb over that hill. But hey, that's me. Hope I could give ya some helpful ideas!

I have the same problem, I like my sleep :) I guess my only advice is that you're the only one that makes the choice to get up or stay in bed. You have to ask yourself every morning wether you'd rather have a whole extra half hour of sleep or wake up and get healthy and probaby feel better the rest of the day!

Very simple. Sleep early and you will get up early. Go to sleep by around 9:30 PM and you will get up by 5:30 AM. That itself will give you motivation.

Go to sleep earlier so you can wake up earlier.

When you wake up, try to think about how good you'll feel after working out. Envision yourself in top physical condition and how good you'll feel and look when you are.

Don't underestimate the power of thought.
