I would suggest you eat healthier. Try eating a good sized breakfast & lunch. Try to have dinner before 8:00 p.m. and go for a walk after dinner. dont just lie down. Considering your at your desk have a fruit as a snack between your meals. It makes your metabolism go faster and process the food in a faster manner. Limit your intake.
just avoid oily and fatty food.

as well as excercise is concerned ... you just need to walk... about 5 km daily.....in the morning...
also try dinking water 4 to 5 glasses (preferably lemon water)....

go and lose kilos

This worked for me, so am suggesting.

As soon as you wake up, brush your teeth and drink 4-5 full glasses of water (Drink them within 5 minutes), thats all you will see your weight reduce by atleast 5 kgs in a month.

walk briskly for 2-3 Km early morning, avoid greasy foods , carbohydrates, drink plenty of water daily.

The best way to lose weight will be to control your diet... Sticking to a strict crush diet on a proper way is the best way... You might never know that you might lose more than what you want to lose.

have aspoon of honey with lime water daily at early morning .u will definitely loose ur weight. if u dont like that then go to zim daily.

avoid food wid lots of carbohydrates coz they turn into fat.... also get rid of sweet things n oily food...
go fr brisk walks n make sure to take adequate nutrition levels also....
