me and my man have had sex for only 3 times, i was a virgin and he always wears a condom. the first two goes he didn't fully penetrate but i was bleeding a bit. the third time he was fully inside and i bled lightly again, tho there was a bit of spotting on the day after (not in the first two times). is this normal? we haven't been having it rough, and his size might be a little big, but then i haven't seen anyone else's before...

I've been having financial problems but I finally have a good job I started recently and things are on the way up but when I try to sleep, my mind goes 90 to nothing, Everytime I eat, I can barely eat half of my normal diet and I get sick to my stomach and throw up. I am so tired of crying, I want help, I want to be happy but I don't know where to turn to, I don't have insurance to go see a good doctor.. Help?

I've been having financial problems but I finally have a good job I started recently and things are on the way up but when I try to sleep, my mind goes 90 to nothing and I think about demented things like dying or bad things that could happen in my life that makes me more upset.. I am getting so frustrated at my self for being this way. Everytime I eat, I can barely eat half of my normal diet and I get sick to my stomach and throw up. I am so tired of crying, I want help, I want to be happy but I don't know where to turn to, I don't have insurance to go see a good doctor.. Help?

I'm want to bulk up. For a long time I always just talked about it but never did anything about it.

Luckly, my cousin who lives 2 blocks away took out a treadmill, boxing bag and weights along with a bench all in his back yard.

I've been running everyday for a week now, including punching the bag and lifting some weights.

I'm taking it kinda easy keeping my workouts to last about an hour.

I currently weigh 128lbs, 18 years of age, in college.

how can i be smart and achieve my goal? Which is, bulk up and then tone.

i also have Whey Protein powder (10lbs of it!) but have stomach problems and diareah if i comsume 2 or 3 shakes a day. Each shake has like 25 grams of protein. I heard that people should consume more grams of protein a day than they weigh. 128 grams of protein is a lot to consume, and doubt it will be nice to my stomach. I dont want to make frequent trips to the restroom if you know what I mean.

Words? Advice?

Workout routine help? Eating tips? Habits? Anything? :-)

my sister is really really sick with a fever of 104.1....and its getting worse. we gave her asprin, and penicillin, because we suspect she has a bacterial infection in her lungs, but what can we do to bring down the fever fast before it gets worse. im really worried about her :(

I'm looking to lose 50 pounds by the end of May. I've tried a few diets and exercising in the past and none of them seem to stick. I would say I exercise for about 4 hours each week and that probably isn't enough, but I'm a student and really don't have a lot of time, nor motivation to go to the gym much more often than I already do. I've been seriously considering The South Beach Diet because I know other people that have done the Atkins and Weight Watchers and neither have seemed to keep the weight off.

Ive taken magnesium citrate (full bottle) and it did wonders but it was the worrst three days of my life, what other ways can make me go but not every 5 minutes and also be able to get out of the house after at least one day. chocolates? enemas? metalmucil? anything else? wut helps?

so i got this really bad depression, its reallllllly bad, not even exhadurating, its horrible. im scared of everything. im scared of one day getting cancer or deseases and everything, i know there not controllable. and i have an appointment on friday to see someone about my depression, but the thing is, its like 4 days away, im going absolutly crazy, i sometimes believe i cant even wait that long, i dont know what to do. please give me some advice. please.

My feet are cold all of the time, no matter what the temperature is. I have to always wear socks, otherwise they are so cold that it is uncomfortable (it's the only way I can sleep at night). I get tired to easily now and I don't know why. Lately I've been getting horrible headache right above my eye and sometimes my eyes get a bit blurry for a few minutes at a time. recently, I get a bad stomach ache whenever I eat anything heavy- I'm not talking about the amount of food- I mean like if I drink a soda, my head ache comes back and I have this weird dazed feeling or if I eat a dinner like macaroni and cheese or pizza I get so nauseated. My family's Nigerian and we eat traditional food and I get nauseated when I eat that too. The same thing happens when I don't eat. But the weird part is that I'm always so hungry.
I'm 16 if this helps
