Hmm. Did you eat something bad lately? Moldy or nasty or especially greasy or disgusting or unusual? You probably ate something that went right through your system. Diarrhea is often caused by food - what you've recently put into your stomach. It could, of course, be some type of stomach flu, but you'd have more generalized symptoms (fever, tiredness) and probably vomiting if this was the case. In other words, you'd know it. If you've been down for three days, it's a possibility.

The pain is probably from your intestines cramping (from the diarrhea and/or gas). If it's unbearable or unusual pain or so severe that you faint (this has happened to me from period cramps before), go to the doctor or ER.

Line up some fresh whole foods to get into your system ASAP: broccoli, carrots, oranges, blueberries, raisins, apples and peanut butter, oatmeal, Grape Nuts, baked fish, tuna. Cut the sugar and fat and grease. Drink a TON of water to stay hydrated.

If you think you're cramping from your period and not only from the diarrhea, take ibuprofen (with food). It's a muscle relaxant and is great for cramps.

Well if you can afford it, go see a doctor. If the pain persists for more than a few weeks... see a doctor no matter what (afford it or not)! It could be something as simple as acid reflux or as severe as stomache cancer. See a doctor if this really bothers you and relieve youself of worry. Asking online will not usually yield positive results.

Have you consulted already your physician? if not try to visit him/her one of this day to consult whats going on, on your body. I cant be sure if you're suffering from dismenorrhea because aside from irregular arriving of you period, you are always visiting the comfort room. you problem is somewhat serious that needed a special attention. Don't disregard your illness but instead you seek for help from authorized personnel.

I dont understand what you mean by the bathroom...
But I had HUGE bad pains for about 2 weeks and it turned out that I had a cyst burst in my ovary. If you curled in a ball with pain you should def go to the ER, not the dr, the ER. My dr told me that I should have....
Good luck

Excluding what you said about needing a bathroom by you, I was in your situation about a year ago. It was a tubal pregnancy... I needed immediate surgery before it killed me. It may not be that serious, but you still else, just need an ER ( EMERGENCY ROOM) as soon as possible, just in case it is that, or something as serious!!!

Constipation coupled with a slight case of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Check with your doctor, they can help you and their are medications for that type of problem so it isn't so much a nuisance for you and controlling your life.
