I've been having financial problems but I finally have a good job I started recently and things are on the way up but when I try to sleep, my mind goes 90 to nothing and I think about demented things like dying or bad things that could happen in my life that makes me more upset.. I am getting so frustrated at my self for being this way. Everytime I eat, I can barely eat half of my normal diet and I get sick to my stomach and throw up. I am so tired of crying, I want help, I want to be happy but I don't know where to turn to, I don't have insurance to go see a good doctor.. Help?

You didn't say how long this has been going on, if more than 2 weeks you need to seek medical help insurance or not. This is a road you do not want to continue going down.

If you insist on not going to the doctor I would try a homeopathic solution, but if it continues after trying the homeopathic type medication please seek a doctor. Depression is a chemical imbalance, not something you can just snap out of.

One of the best homeopathic depression medications is SAM-E, you can even find it at the grocery store or cvs. Nature Made Mood Plus SAM-e Tablets Double Strength
Enhances mood by promoting a healthy balance of neurotransmitters, dopamine and serotonin, which are part of overall healthy brain cell function.

Don't suffer in silence.

Hi, most States have free medical services. Like a public aid. Please check on it. Sounds like depression but no one can diagnose that online.
Do you have any friends to be around that are happy and are willing to go see a movie, comedy, things to lift you up? The residue of stress won't leave just because you found a job, give it time, when you get caught up you will probably feel much better when you can go buy some new things. Spend some money! Stress is a killer, get rid of it. Be around some positive people.

In this town, the mental health center has a sliding scale fee. Give the nearest one to you a call and get an appointment. Meanwhile, search for "tapping and depression." A ritual of tapping has helped many people in your state of being. There are books on the tapping also. Try it! It can't hurt -- and it may very well help.

The only help out there for you is to see a doctor and maybe take some medication. You sound like you are suffering from depression. If you don't have insurance, contact your local Community Mental Health office and explain your situation and see if they have any solutions for you.

dear friend, i want you to know that youre not alone in these feelings. life is hard and to make the right choices is harder.
it sounds like you are headed in the right direction and yes it takes discipline and a goal. stop beating yourself up and get back on that wagon of hope. i too have been there but then i think, there is no way this problem is going to get the best of me and ya know what?, I WON. take 1 step at a time and conquer!!!!!!!!!
my prayers are with you. k.

Insurance or not you need to see a doc as these are symptoms consisitent with depression. A doc visit and meds shouldn't cost you and arm and a leg and you ddid say you now have a good job. See the doc and get the help you need.

I know this might seem harsh... But when you think of the bad stuff... try not to think of you... Think of someone who always put you down and never believed in you... Picture them in that exact same situation as you were pictureing yourself... And as for the crying... Suck it up... And hell... When you go to sleep... Listen to some music... Think abut what that song is about... Concentrate only on it... And as for eating... Take that in baby steps... eat a little bit at a time...
