I'm want to bulk up. For a long time I always just talked about it but never did anything about it.
Luckly, my cousin who lives 2 blocks away took out a treadmill, boxing bag and weights along with a bench all in his back yard.
I've been running everyday for a week now, including punching the bag and lifting some weights.
I'm taking it kinda easy keeping my workouts to last about an hour.
I currently weigh 128lbs, 18 years of age, in college.
how can i be smart and achieve my goal? Which is, bulk up and then tone.
i also have Whey Protein powder (10lbs of it!) but have stomach problems and diareah if i comsume 2 or 3 shakes a day. Each shake has like 25 grams of protein. I heard that people should consume more grams of protein a day than they weigh. 128 grams of protein is a lot to consume, and doubt it will be nice to my stomach. I dont want to make frequent trips to the restroom if you know what I mean.
Words? Advice?
Workout routine help? Eating tips? Habits? Anything? :-)
