You can. In fact, not to be gross, but some people actually pee just a little when they sneeze.

Well, George Carlin, a comedian, tells this joke some times in his stand ups, he says, "ever had to sneeze while taking a pis? Is frightening isn't it? your brain will not allow it, your brain will say STOP PISIN! WE ARE GOING TO SNEEZE NOW! Cuz your brain knows... you might blow your ashl off!!!" He also says that you cant blow your nose and fart at the same time, cuz you may end up cleaning more places in the house than you had intended... HEHE. He calls these little universal moments humans share separately.

muscle contraction occurs when you are about to sneeze. hence, the muscles over 'there' will/may contract and hence you can't urine. after you sneeze, the muscles will relax suddenly and hence the urine is passed with a force. - it is similar to ejaculation... its the same contraction and relax-tion reasoning

When you sneeze you constrict many muscles in your body, the muscles responsible for urination included.
