I've been having financial problems but I finally have a good job I started recently and things are on the way up but when I try to sleep, my mind goes 90 to nothing, Everytime I eat, I can barely eat half of my normal diet and I get sick to my stomach and throw up. I am so tired of crying, I want help, I want to be happy but I don't know where to turn to, I don't have insurance to go see a good doctor.. Help?

Well, for starters... I am convinced you have depression. At least all your symptoms are consistent with major depression... likely moderate to severe. I am sure you've thought of that... but if you haven't... please know that you are not alone. The statistics say 75% of people will experience depression at some point in there life.
Now that your financial stress is looking better, that is a prime time to feel worse... I know this seems strange. But when we are stressed our bodies produce more Serotonin (an neurochemical responsible for mood). When the stress decreases, our body responds by producing less serotonin... and we become more depressed. Your best defense is antidepressants and counselling. If there is a free clinic near you... please go... and ask for physician samples of the antidepressants so you don't have to pay for them. If a free clinic is not available to you... you can try over the counter sleep aids (as directed), talk to friends and family, eat healthy and try to ride out the storm... but under the circumstances.. you may need to bite the bullet and go to a doctor or hospital. If friends/family can help you out with the costs.... then all the better.
I sure hope this advice helps you...
p.s. I am a mental health nurse so I do know what I am talking about.

Sounds like depression. Try taking some natural herbs. I take 5-HTP for sleep and mood elevation(it contains high levels of serotonin). Also, I take potassium, zinc, and a complex-B vitamin which also helps with mood elevation. However, different substances work for different people and you may have a more serious depression which could require actual medication. Also going to a cheap therapist may help. Search depression treatments on google to find more about possible treatments. Hope this helped. Good luck!

prayer is the best therapy... let go and let God,,,, You are in my prayers..... We often let things control us after awhile, and when we worry about things like finances and stuff, it begins to overwhelm us... put you on a soothing cd at bed time and pray and think of something that you have a passion for... And crying is a way to cleanse the soul.... Cry when you feel like it.. I do atleast three times a day....

Your probably suffering from the anxiety that everything is going to fold up and fall to pieces.

If you relax, maybe your be less likily to 'fold up'.

Find a way to see a free doctor.
