Its a little hard to read but basically there are two levels...

First, You heart-rate needs to be going...this can't work with a resting rate. You need to simulate sexual excitement.

No, no, a thousand times no.

Pills don't work (and anyone who says otherwise is after your money). Surgery does work, but it only extends the length of your penis while flaccid (limp). Your erection will be the same size as it was before the surgery. Big fat waste of time and money.
