My feet are cold all of the time, no matter what the temperature is. I have to always wear socks, otherwise they are so cold that it is uncomfortable (it's the only way I can sleep at night). I get tired to easily now and I don't know why. Lately I've been getting horrible headache right above my eye and sometimes my eyes get a bit blurry for a few minutes at a time. recently, I get a bad stomach ache whenever I eat anything heavy- I'm not talking about the amount of food- I mean like if I drink a soda, my head ache comes back and I have this weird dazed feeling or if I eat a dinner like macaroni and cheese or pizza I get so nauseated. My family's Nigerian and we eat traditional food and I get nauseated when I eat that too. The same thing happens when I don't eat. But the weird part is that I'm always so hungry.
I'm 16 if this helps

Thanks

The reason why your feet keep getting cold cold be caused by a condition known as raynaud's phenomenon- which is caused by restriction of blood vessels in your hands and feet. It can be related to migraines (can also get stomach migraines) or Lupus (an auto immune disease). My advice would be to see a physician. There is specific treatment for migraines and you should be evaluated for auto immune diseases with blood work. Good luck.

My brother used to feel nauseated everyday until he found out that he was allergic to milk. Cold feet is a sign of poor circulation. Are you getting enough vitamin E in your diet? Wholegrain bread etc. is the best way to get more vitamin E. Known triggers for headaches are chocolate, cheese, orange juice and eggs. I found that if I ate eggs from the supermarket it gave me headaches, but the eggs from our own hen did not. I still get headaches from chocolate. It could be food allergies, but I think it would be a good idea to see a doctor to rule out a viral problem or other illness.

The cold feet is probably circulatory problems, check with your doctor hun. The headaches almost sound like cluster headaches. You can get medication from your doctor. The tiredness sounds like low iron, take some supplements of Iron and get more into your diet.

The coldness is from poor blood circulation. I take Vitamin E for this. It really helps.

Cold feet, put red pepper in your socks to stimulate circulation. For your stomach take calcium 500-1000 mg. and vitamin E 1000 mg.

High metabolism rate or thyroid problems could be causing your problem. Go to a doctor and be checked to find out what your symptoms are. The longer you wait the worse it will get.
