i am 64 and well endowed,i have a problem getting enough blood in it to get a erection. i tried a erection ring which will work but it hurts.how big of a implant can you get.

I have occasional numbness and tingling on the right side of my face. My ears sometimes have a really highpitched ring, clicking, and even a pulsating sound. Sometimes I have a super sharp pain in my ear, up and around the temple. In the last year I have noticed that my hearing on the right side is diminished. My right eye and lip often spasm.

This is confusing me, when im around my friends, a few of them smoke, and the smell is like WOW, i just breath it all in , i dont know if im passivley addicted or what :p.
But the weird thing is , that when i smell anyone else's smoke , its enough to make me be sick, and makes me wish there was a smoking ban.
Very confused about this.

And most Non-Smokers are totally Anti-Smoking, are there any Non-smokers who like the smell to an extent aswell.

And i dont want to start , cause i dont want to be hooked and i dont want to end up looking ugly, or getting cancer or whatever.

Im totally confused lol...
Can anybody shed some light on this ? ,

Almost everyday i get them. Sometimes their bad sometimes their not that bad. WHen i wake up everymorning i automatically get one all of a sudden. I take 2 excedrin everyday and that makes it go away. I have glasses but i dont wear them a lot because i can still see.
